In 2022, 格兰德 was named one of Broadcasting + Cable and Multichannel 新闻' "40 Under 40" visionaries in the TV industry 电视周刊.
She began her career as a 新闻 Producer at WKTV in Utica during her senior year at Utica, going on to work as a producer in Syracuse & 奥尔巴尼, NY before making her way to WNBC in New York City - where she spent 7 years as one of the station's top producers.
In 2018, she joined NBC 新闻 Digital to helped develop a first-of-its kind news show on Snapchat: Stay Tuned. As Executive Producer of the brand, she and her team built a loyal audience of 11 million subscribers - among the youngest generation of news consumers.
今天, 格兰德 is Director of Streaming 新闻 Channels for NBCUniversal Local - where she's charting the launch of NBC and Telemundo owned stations’ new local news channels for streaming platforms.
